On 3/15/26 at 7:40 a.m., Rodney G. Prentice, 39, of Parish was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Constantia. Mr. Prentice was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/16/26 at 12:10 a.m., Timothy J. Dullen Jr., 45, of Mexico, NY was arrested for Menacing, 2nddegree; Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; Petit Larceny; Robbery, 3rd degree, a class D felony; and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Mr. Dullen was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Dullen was arrested for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle, 3r degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Dullen was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/16/26 at 1:19 p.m., Thomas L. Deeley, 63, of Blossvale, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy. Mr. Deeley was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/16/26 at 1:42 p.m., Dalton Joseph Crouch, 34, of Granby was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Crouch was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/16/26 at 11:22 p.m., Thomas Rodney Aller, 37, of Syracuse, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Aller was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/17/26 at 9:56 a.m., Zachary Allen Kelley, 32, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Kelley was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/17/26 at 11:55 a.m., Alexander M. Kastner, 23, of Scriba was arrested for 2 counts of Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony: 2 counts of Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, a class E felony and 3 counts of Petit Larceny following three separate incidents, two in the Town of Scriba and one in the Town of Richland. Mr. Kastner was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/17/26 at 3:18 p.m., Christian J. Duvall, 30, of Schroeppel was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Duvall is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 3/31/26.
On 3/17/26 at 5:21 p.m., Ronald C. Canfield, 37, of Volney was arrested for Menacing, 3rd degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Canfield was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/18/26 at 1:55 p.m., Destiny T. Sepulveda, 28, of Syracuse, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Ms. Sepulveda was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/18/26 at 2:58 p.m., James F. McMahon, 63, of Jamesville, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. McMahon is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/1/26.
On 3/18/26 at 3:23 p.m., Ethan T. Cobb, 36, of Central Square was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Cobb is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/1/26.
On 3/19/26 at 9:01 a.m., Michael J. Hubbard, 36, of Phoenix, NY was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Hubbard is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/2/26.
On 3/19/26 at 4:38 p.m., Larry T. Bartlett Jr., 43, of Granby was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Bartlett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/19/26 at 11:58 p.m., Adam Gregory Summers, 28, of Jamesville, NY was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Albion. Mr. Summers is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/2/26.
