On 3/21/26 at 3:05 a.m., Mary Catherine Bloss, 39, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Probation. Ms. Bloss was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/21/26 at 8:03 a.m., Remo P. Valazza, 41, of Sandy Creek was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Valazza was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/21/26 at 1:07 p.m., Richard A. Baker Jr., 37, of Tully, NY, was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Baker was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/21/26 at 3:47 p.m., Tiffany A. Woods, 25, of Fulton was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Woods was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/21/26 at 6:48 p.m., Leon S. Knapp, 51, of Cicero was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Cicero. Mr. Knapp was turned over to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 3/21/26 at 11:39 p.m., Timothy J. Dullen Jr., 45, of Mexico, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree and Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Dullen was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/21/26 at 11:47 p.m., James M. Diaz, 29, of Oswego was arrested for Strangulation,2nd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Mr. Diaz was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/23/26 at 7:48 a.m., Charlene E. Delaney, 35, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Ms. Delaney was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/23/26 at 8:19 a.m., Carlton J. Mathews, 53, of Cato, NY was arrested based on three Arrest Warrants issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Mathews was arraigned in Family Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility.
At the same time, Mr. Mathews was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree stemming from an incident that reportedly occurred in the Town of Hannibal on 11/14/24. Mr. Mathews is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/6/26.
On 3/23/26 at 5:37 p.m., Thomas D. West, 38, of Central Square was arrested based on two Bench Warrants, one out of the Village of Central Square and one out of the Town of Amboy. Mr. West was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/24/26 at 10:58 a.m., Tyler John Maitland, 32, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Lacona. Mr. Maitland is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/7/26.
On 3/24/26 at 1:04 p.m., Lurese M. Cottrill, 42, of Amboy was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Sandy Creek. Ms. Cottrill is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/7/26.
On 3/24/26 at 2:10 p.m., Donavin J. Stiglich, 23, of Greene, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Stiglich is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/8/26.
On 3/24/26 at 3:54 p.m., Paul AJ Oatman, 37, of Orwell, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Albion. Mr. Oatman was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/25/26 at 3:19 a.m., Joshua R. Ralston, 42, of Orwell was arrested for Strangulation, 2nd degree, a class D felony; Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony; Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Village of Sandy Creek. Mr. Ralston was arraigned in CAP Court.
Following the same incident, Joshua M. Davis, 19, of the Village of Sandy Creek was arrested for Assault, 2nd degree, a class D felony and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree. Mr. Davis was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/26/26 at 11:35 a.m., Michael G. Britton, 47, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Britton was arraigned in CAP Court.
