On 3/21/25 at 1:00 p.m., William A. Rowe 3rd, 30, of Hastings was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Rowe was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/21/25 at 1:55 p.m., Dylan T. Stacy, 21, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree, following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Stacy was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/21/25 at 3:59 p.m., Jason M. Fantom, 48, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Fantom is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/4/25.
On 3/22/25 at 3:51 a.m., William R. Hotaling, 46, of New Haven was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Hotaling was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/22/25 at 8:55 a.m., Noah George Young, 23, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court; a Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton and a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Young was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/22/25 at 9:33 a.m., Kaleb M. Lebeau, 28, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 3rddegree, a class E felony; Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Lebeau was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/22/25 at 4:08 p.m., Kenneth R. Horning, 61, of Pulaski was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Mr. Horning was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/23/25 at 9:29 p.m., Kevin R. Hart, 43, of Williamstown was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Mr. Hart was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/23/25 at 10:08 p.m., Basilio Zapata, 54, of Fulton was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband, 2nd degree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Zapata is scheduled to be arraigned in the City of Oswego Court on 4/10/25.
On 3/24/25 at 1:00 p.m., Ashley Lynn Finch, 32, of Central Square was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo and an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Ms. Finch was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/24/25 at 4:30 p.m., Jenna Lee Graham, 37, of Schroeppel was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Graham is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/7/25.
On 3/24/25 at 4:31 p.m., Bryan S. Baker, 20, of Oswego was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree, following an incident in the Town of Volney.
Mr. Baker is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/7/25.
On 3/24/25 at 6:12 p.m., Justin M. Goyette, 42, of Constantia was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Goyette was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/25/25 at 1:45 a.m., Donald A. Champagne Jr., 34, of Oswego was arrested for Sex Offender Failure to Report Change, 1st degree, a class E felony following an incident in the City of Oswego. At the same time, Mr. Champagne was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego City. Mr. Champagne was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/25/25 at 2:46 a.m., Timothy J. Nurse, 39, of Wolcott was arrested based on 2 Arrest Warrants issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Nurse was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/25/25 at 11:29 a.m., Brett A. Dennison, 39, of Martville was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Cayuga County. Mr. Dennison was turned over to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office for further processing.
On 3/25/25 at 11:30 a.m., Joshua L. McKerchie, 37, of Clay was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Mr. McKerchie was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/25/25 at 12:33 p.m., Jamie J. Morey, 39, of West Monroe was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Morey was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/25/25 at 4:05 p.m., James A. Bishop, 33, of Hastings was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Palermo. Mr. Bishop was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/25/25 at 5:57 p.m., Justin M. Goyette, 42, of Constantia was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Goyette was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/26/25 at 10:19 a.m., John L. Reyes, 34, of Mattydale, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court for Violation of Probation and a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of the City of Fulton. Mr. Reyes was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/26/25 at 2:37 p.m., Christopher J. Burhans, 24, of Waddington, NY was arrested based on four Bench Warrants issued out of The City of Ogdensburg, St. Lawrence County. Mr. Burhans was turned over to the Ogdensburg City Police Dept. for further processing.
On 3/27/25 at 10:02 a.m., Derrick A. Thomas, 36, of Syracuse was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Thomas was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/27/25 at 11:43 a.m., Jordan T. Johnson, 34, of Hannibal was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree; Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony and Harassment, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Johnson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 3/27/25 at 1:27 p.m., Bradley S. Bristol Sr., 34, of Albion was arrested based on an Oswego County Family Court Warrant. Mr. Bristol was arraigned in Family Court.
On 3/27/25 at 7:34 p.m., Meredith L. Rivera, 47, of Oswego was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Rivera was arraigned in CAP Court.
