On 5/16/25 at 9:54 p.m., Justin W. Walts, 27, of Mexico was arrested for 2 counts of Menacing, 2nddegree; Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing and Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Walts was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/17/25 at 8:54 a.m., David J. Demling, 37, of Minetto was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Demling was remanded to the OCJ.
On 5/17/25 at 4:43 p.m., Matthew James Kelley, 33, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Village of Central Square. Mr. Kelley was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/17/25 at 9:45 p.m., Cody Joseph Vincent, 23, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Mr. Vincent was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/17/25 at 10:07 p.m., Timothy L. Benway, 32, of Sandy Creek was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of Fulton City Court. Mr. Benway was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/18/25 at 11:46 a.m., Michelle M. Worden, 51, of Schroeppel was arrested for 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following two separate incidents in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Worden was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/18/25 at 3:17 p.m., Cybier L. Cannon, 32, of Fulton was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 2nddegree; Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree; Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree and Resisting Arrest following an incident in the Town of Williamstown. Mr. Cannon was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/19/25 at 10:10 a.m., Wayne M. Abbott, 30, of Scriba was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Abbott was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/19/25 at 6:13 p.m., David L. Chesbrough, 68, of Oswego was arrested for Overdriving, Torturing, and Injuring Animals; Failure to Provide Proper Sustenance and
Aggravated Cruelty to Animals, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Chesbrough is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/2/25.
On 5/20/25 at 3:43 a.m., Donald M. Bartlett, 26, of Amboy was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 3rddegree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Bartlett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/20/25 at 3:03 p.m., Erin M. Becksted, 42, of Hastings was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico. Mr. Becksted was arraigned in CAP Court.
Following the same incident, Heather L. Watkins, 42, of Cicero was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree. Ms. Watkins is scheduled to be arraigned on 6/3/25 in CAP Court.
On 5/21/25 at 7:28 a.m., Justin W. Walts, 27, of Mexico was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Walts was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Walts was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree and Aggravated Family Offense, a class E felony following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Walts was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/22/25 at 10:42 a.m., Courtney L. Bartlett, 30, of Blossvale, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Constantia. Ms. Bartlett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/22/25 at 1:10 p.m., Tyrone J. Patterson, 28, of Fulton was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel. Mr. Patterson was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/22/25 at 2:56 p.m., Carleea L. Holland,41, of Fulton was arrested for Forgery, 2nd degree, a class D felony and Identity Theft, 1st degree, a class D felony following an investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of Volney. Ms. Holland was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/22/25 at 7:34 p.m., Tyler J. Krueger, 24, of Reno, NV was arrested for Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree and Making a Terrorist Threat, a class D felony following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Krueger was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/23/25 at 9:36 a.m., William F. Corsette, 38, of Parish was arrested based on two Arrest Warrants, one out of the Town of Parish and one out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. Corsette was arraigned in CAP Court.
