On 5/23/25 at 8:02 p.m., Chantel M. Mussi, 34, of Syracuse was arrested for Burglary, 3rd degree, a class D felony; Petit Larceny; Tampering with Physical Evidence, a class E felony; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Mussi was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/25/25 at 12:28 p.m., Coral L. Monette, 36, of Syracuse was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Lysander Town Court. Ms. Monette was also arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Monette is scheduled to be arraigned on 6/8/25 in CAP Court. Ms. Monette was turned over to the NYSP Lysander for further processing on the warrant.
On 5/26/25 at 12:18 a.m., Louren J. Neves, 40, of Syracuse was arrested based on two Bench Warrants, one issued out of the Village of Central Square and one out of the Town of Parish. Mr. Neves was arraigned in CAP Court.
Following the same incident, Mr. Neves was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree; Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree; Criminal Mischief, 4th degree and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd degree, a class D felony. Mr. Neves was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/26/25 at 3:19 p.m., Cole D. Sexton, 27, of Minetto was arrested for Stalking, 4th degree and Aggravated Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Minetto. Mr. Sexton was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/26/25 at 3:52 p.m., Sondra K. Nelson, 58, of Oswego was arrested for Unlawful Eviction following an incident in the Town of Oswego. Ms. Nelson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 6/9/25.
On 5/27/25 at 6:50 a.m., Jonathan Ray McNitt, 60, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. McNitt was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/27/25 at 6:06 p.m., Roxana Cerchez, 48, of Endwell, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of NYSP Hastings. Ms. Cerchez was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/27/25 at 8:55 p.m., Timothy S. Kilts, 62, of Hastings was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Kilts was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/28/25 at 1:11 p.m., Charles R. Bennett, 32, of Sterling, NY was arrested based on two Bench Warrants, one issued out of the Town of Hannibal and one out of the City of Oswego. He was also arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree. Mr. Bennett was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/28/25 at 2:46 p.m., Rodney E. West, 66, of Scriba was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of Oswego County Family Court. Mr. West was arraigned in Family Court
