On 5/1/26 at 11:24 a.m., Albert E. Stuckey, 46, of Fulton was arrested for Possession of a Forged Instrument, 2nd degree, a class D felony and Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Stuckey was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/1/26 at 1:45 p.m., Peter A. Luberto, 68, of Redfield was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree and Criminal Contempt, 1st degree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Redfield. Mr. Luberto was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/3/26 at 8:15 p.m., Jonathan R. Dennis, 45, of Syracuse was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Dennis is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/17/26.
On 5/4/26 at 1:06 p.m., Richard O. Olsen, 45, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony; and 2 counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Olsen was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Mr. Olsen was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7thdegree; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony and 2 counts of Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in Oswego. Mr. Olsen was arraigned in CAP Court for these charges also.
On 5/5/26 at 1:24 p.m., Jamie L. Casey, 38, and Monica A. Merritt, 43, both of Schroeppel, were arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Casey and Ms. Merritt are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/19/26.
On 5/6/26 at 5:31 a.m., Spencer J. Kimball, 20, of Hannibal was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 3rddegree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Kimball was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/6/26 at 6:56 a.m., Esther M. Jacobs, 42, of Granby was arrested for Criminal Trespass, 2nddegree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Jacobs was arraigned in CAP Court.
At the same time, Ms. Jacobs was arrested for Criminal Tampering, 3rd degree and Attempted Escape, 2nd degree
On 5/6/26 at 8:20 a.m., Montrell Javaun Wilson, 31, of Granby was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 3rddegree, a class E felony following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Wilson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/20/26.
On 5/6/26 at 11:00 a.m., Richard Miller, 69, of Sandy Creek was arrested for two counts of Sex Offender Failure to Report Change, a class D felony based off the Sex Offender Registry of Corrections Law following an incident in the Town of Sandy Creek. Mr. Miller is scheduled to be arraigned on 5/20/26 in CAP Court.
On 5/6/26 at 1:56 p.m., Kaleb Allen Robinson, 24, of Richland was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Robinson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/20/26.
On 5/6/26 at 3:33 p.m., Christopher M. Reite, 34, of Oswego was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Palermo. Mr. Reite was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/7/26 at 8:24 a.m., Alicia J. Franchi, 37, of Constantia was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Ms. Franchi is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/21/26.
On 5/7/26 at 12:33 p.m., Sheldon Byron Dukes Jr., 28, of Adams, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Richland. Mr. Dukes is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/21/26.
On 5/7/26 at 2:00 p.m., Robert M. Spara, 40, of Hannibal was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Spara is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/21/26.
On 5/7/26 at 3:33 p.m., Karen L. Hilton, 67, of Albion was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Town of Williamstown. Ms. Hilton is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/21/26.
On 5/7/26 at 4:16 p.m., Travis M. Lasell, 37, of Albion was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Parish and a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Volney. Mr. Lasell was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 5/7/26 at 6:54 p.m., Heather L. Vannostrand, 31, of Syracuse was arrested for Petit Larceny following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Ms. Vannostrand is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/21/26.
On 5/8/26 at 11:41 a.m., Ericka L. Bort, 29, of Mexico was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Ms. Bort is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/22/26.
