OSWEGO COUNTY – April 21, 2023
On 4/14/23 at 12:16 p.m., Brianna R. Callen, 31, of 181 Paddy Lake Rd., Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Callen is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/28/23.
On 4/14/23 at 6:00 p.m., John Paul Barton, 42, of 1660 CR 26, Parish, NY was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Amboy Court. Mr. Barton was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/15/23 at 8:10 p.m., Colby Lee Adams, 21, of 445 CR 55, Fulton, NY was arrested for Resisting Arrest and Public Lewdness following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Adams is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/29/23.
On 4/15/23 at 9:42 p.m., Jessie Ray Walden, 29, of 445 CR 55, Fulton, NY was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree: Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Walden was arraigned in CAP Court.
Mr. Walden was also arrested for 2 counts of Menacing, 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor: 2 counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Walden was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/16/23 at 7:14 p.m., Peter J. Quinones, 36, of 340 CR 28, Pulaski, NY was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Albion. Mr. Quinones was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/17/23 at 2:50 p.m., James Castiglia, 38, of unknown address was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Scriba. Mr. Castiglia was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/17/23 at 4:07 p.m., Jennifer L. Grant, 34, of unknown address was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Schroeppel Court. Ms. Grant was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/17/23 at 7:27 p.m., Shelby L. Parker, 30, of 2869 CR 176, Fulton, NY was arrested for 2 counts of Overdriving, Torturing and Injuring Animals, Failure to Provide Proper Sustenance (Agriculture and Markets Law) stemming from the investigation into an incident in the Town of Volney. Ms. Parker is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 5/1/23.
On 4/18/23 at 10:14 p.m., George C. Manford Jr., 47, of unknown address was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Manford was arraigned in Oswego County Court and remanded to the OCJ held without bail.
On 4/18/23 at 10:32 a.m., Jeffrey L. Corbin, 50, of 251 Bardeen Road, Hastings, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4th degree stemming from the investigation into an incident in the City of Oswego. Mr. Corbin is scheduled to be arraigned in Oswego City Court on 5/4/23.
On 4/19/23 at 7:10 a.m., Austin C. Sgroi, 22, of 13 Cemetery St., Albion, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland Court. Mr. Sgroi was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/19/23 at 8:00 a.m., Donald A. Pettit, 55, of 1092 CR 30, Altmar, NY was arrested for Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child, a class D felony stemming from the investigation into an incident that allegedly occurred in the Town of Williamstown. Mr. Pettit was arraigned in CAP Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $15,000 cash or $30,000 bond.
On 4/20/23 at 2:58 a.m., Joshua M. Furbeck, 28, of 624 Cayuga St., Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court and an Arrest Warrant issued out of Town of Scriba Court. Mr. Furbeck was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/20/23 at 1:04 p.m., Jerry R. Wheeler, 34, of 5870 US Rt. 11, Sandy Creek, NY was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband, 1st degree following an incident in the OCJ. Mr. Wheeler was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 4/20/23 at 1:14 p.m., Joseph A. Cerrillo IV, 21, of 7 Pollard Rd., Hannibal, NY was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Administration, 2nd degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Cerrillo is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on May 4, 2023.
On 4/20/23 at 1:39 p.m., Brenda J. Fitzpatrick, 68, of 706 CR 85, Fulton, NY was arrested for Falsely Reporting an Incident, 3rd degree following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Fitzpatrick is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 4/21/23.
On 4/21/23 at 7:41 a.m., Joshua R. Ralston, 39, of 6060 South Main Street, Sandy Creek, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Sandy Creek. Mr. Ralston is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court.
