On 9/5/25 at 5:49 p.m., Randall H. Graves, 69, of West Monroe was arrested for Attempted Robbery, 3rd degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Village of Central Square. Mr. Graves was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/5/25 at 8:40 p.m., Wayne M. Abbott, 30, of Scriba was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Abbott was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/7/25 at 7:17 a.m., Deborah Lynn Carr, 39, of Mexico was arrested for Unlawful Imprisonment, 2nd degree; Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree and Harassment, 2nd degree following an incident in the Village of Mexico. Ms. Carr was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/7/25 at 9:35 a.m., Robert J. Scoville, 53, of Palermo was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree; Reckless Endangerment, 2nd degree and Criminal Mischief, 4th degree following an incident in the Town of Hastings. Mr. Scoville was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/7/25 at 4:52 p.m., Timothy M. Rose, 29, of Granby was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an incident in the Town of Granby. Mr. Rose was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/8/25 at 3:27 a.m., Shane M. Dockstader, 49, of West Monroe was arrested for Criminal Contempt, 2nd degree following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Dockstander was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/8/25 at 6:08 p.m., Gary S. Phelps Jr., 44, of Fulton was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Hastings. Mr. Phelps was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/9/25 at 10:51 p.m., Ivan T. Preslar, 3rd of Phoenix, NY, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Village of Phoenix. Mr. Preslar is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/23/25.
On 9/10/25 at 1:15 a.m., Duan R. Burden, 50; Jeshua J. Lopez, 24; and Jessica L. Monaghan, 38, all of Fulton were charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled
Substance, 3rd degree, a class B felony following an incident in the Town of Volney. All three individuals were arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/10/25 at 12:11 p.m., Virginia I Regan, 46, of Granby was arrested for Assault, 2nd degree, a class D felony, Menacing, 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon, 3rd
degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Granby. Ms. Regan was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/11/25 at 9:30 a.m., Bridget P. Monzel, 42, of Lacona was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Richland. Ms. Monzel was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/11/25 at 10:37 a.m., Paige M. Coe, 40, of Amboy was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Albion. Ms. Coe is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/25/25.
On 9/11/25 at 12:19 p.m., Benjamin J. Schmidt, 44, of Syracuse was arrested based on an Arrest Warrant issued out of the Town of Williamstown. Mr. Schmidt was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/11/25 at 1:30 p.m., Cody R. Henderson, 31, of Oswego was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 4thdegree following an incident in the Town of New Haven. Mr. Henderson is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/25/25.
On 9/11/25 at 4:19 p.m., Mary E. Ujkaj, 38, of Central Square was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree following an incident in the Town of Mexico. Ms. Ujkaj is scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court on 9/25/25.
On 9/11/25 at 5:15 p.m., Amy E. Brown, 38, of Scriba was arrested for Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony; Forgery, 2nd degree, a class D felony and Identity Theft, 1st degree, a class D felony following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Brown was arraigned in CAP Court.
On 9/11/25 at 10:37 p.m., Robert F. Moshier, 35, of Oswego and Roberto C. Jimenez, 34, of Oswego were arrested for Fleeing an Officer in Motor Vehicle, 3rd degree along with multiple V&T violations following an incident in the Town of Volney. Mr. Moshier and Mr. Jimenez were arraigned in CAP Court.
