Leader Barclay Celebrates Grand Opening Of Friends Of Recovery Oswego County Outreach Center

Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay (R,C-Pulaski) joined the grand opening of Friends of Recovery Oswego County’s new Recovery Community Outreach Center located at 808 W. Broadway in Fulton. The space will allow the organization to support recovery services for Oswego County residents impacted by substance use disorders and addictions.

During the event, Leader Barclay presented an Assembly citation to Teresa Woolson, founder and board member of Friends of Recovery Oswego County. The citation recognizes her generous commitment, stating in part, “the dedication and passion that Teresa Woolson and her partners have shown is providing an invaluable service to our community to help improve the quality of life for individuals in Oswego County.”
