ALBANY – Following is a New Years message from Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay:

“As we usher in a new year, we should all take a moment to reflect on the past and look ahead to all that awaits in 2023. I hope this new year will bring new opportunities for growth, learning and prosperity for the people of New York.

We turn the page on the calendar and do so with a sense of excitement and renewal that accompanies each new year. On behalf of the Assembly Minority Conference, I wish you all a safe and happy New Year!”
