Premier Living Suites to Throw Student Off-Campus Housing Party

Premier Living Suites, an apartment complex for college students being built within the
City of Oswego, is hosting a free party at the American Foundry on October 9 at 7 p.m.
to showcase the off-campus housing options they have to offer the students of SUNY
Oswego.

The party will feature free food, door prizes, raffles, music, games and more! Owners
Greg and Patrick Furlong wanted to reach out to the students in an interactive way that
will allow students to meet them and other employees of Premier Living Suites in person.

“We started working on the Premier Living Suites project because we saw a need for
better quality student housing; we are having this event to show the students of Oswego
what we are all about and what we can offer them” said Greg Furlong.

The building offers 18 fully-furnished suite-style apartments, a movie theater, a computer
lab, a fitness center, a recreation room and a state-of-the-art security system throughout.
Wash and dry, wireless Internet, utilities, continental breakfasts, semester care packages,
fitness classes, on-site parking, indoor bike storage, discounts at surrounding local
businesses and other amenities are all included in the rent. The first 20 individuals who
sign a lease for next year by October 15 will receive a free iPad or tablet when
they move-in.

The actual construction of the building is well underway. With the basement and
foundation set, the modular units for the 30,000 square foot building are scheduled to be
in mid-October. Greg and Patrick Furlong say the building will be up within one week.

Students must register for this event by calling (315)-593-2270 or e-mailing
