Public Invited To Parents Of Special Children Annual Meeting

OSWEGO, NY – Parents of Special Children Inc. Board of Directors will be hosting the agency’s annual meeting on Oct. 28 at Bishop’s Commons.

Community members, families, and agency representatives are invited to join the meeting for an overview and update from new program coordinator Chrystal Hoyt.

“I am looking forward to taking this opportunity to share with the community our agency services and the goals we have for 2010,” noted Hoyt. “Meeting and getting feedback from the community about what needs may be on the horizon for families who have children with disabilities will certainly help us to serve all of Oswego County.”

Also, updates on the changes to the operations of current programs to help minimize waiting lists, and increase communications with families and other county agencies.

Hoyt will also speak about the steps that are being taken to improve and strengthen the agency in the future.
