PULASKI – The New York State Police in Pulaski arrested Christopher D. Hoyt, 32, from 5 James St., Pulaski, for one count of Promoting a Sexual Performance by a Child (D-felony) and three counts of Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child (E-felony).

Hoyt was arraigned before Hon. Howard Allen, town of Albion Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash/ $50,000 bond.
He is scheduled to appear in the town of Richland Court on May 2 at 7 p.m.
The investigation stemmed from an Internet Crimes Against Children cybertip.
The New York State Police were assisted in this investigation by Homeland Security Investigations.
The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force consists of members from New York State Police, Homeland Security Investigations, and the United States Marshals Service.
