OSWEGO, NY – Four persons are seeking a position on the Oswego City School District Board of Education when voters go to the polls on Tuesday, May 21.
Submitting petitions and indicating their intention to seek a seat on the Oswego City School District Board of Education are Kathleen Allen, Heather DelConte, Michael McLaughlin and James Tschudy.
The terms of incumbents Kathleen Allen and James Tschudy expire on June 30.
The two persons receiving the most votes on May 21 will serve three year terms and will take their oath of office at the reorganizational meeting in early July while the third highest total will result in that person being sworn immediately to serve the remaining term of William Myer.
Myer resigned the board and his term expires on June 30, 2014.
