Raymond L. MacDougall, 63, of Oswego, died Sunday at Oswego Hospital after a brief illness. Born in Canandaigua, he was a life resident of the Fulton-Oswego area. Raymond was employed by Visconti Construction in Syracuse and was a member of Laborerâ€™s Local #433 in Syracuse. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Raymond was predeceased by his parents, Clifford and Kathryn Ryan MacDougall and by a brother, Randy MacDougall. Surviving are his daughters, Wendy MacDougall of Liverpool and Casey MacDougall of Phoenix; a granddaughter, Mya Smith; his brother and sister, Donald (Janet) MacDougall and Tammy (Victor) Ladd, all of Mexico; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Calling hours are 2 to 5 p.m. Thursday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton with services to immediately follow at 5 p.m. Burial will be at North Volney Cemetery, Volney. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Lung Association of New York, 155 Washington Ave., Suite 210, Albany, NY, 12210.
