Interested youth need to register by October 7 by contacting Kathleen Knopp, Reality Check coordinator at 343-2344 ext 23.

Reality Check is a youth led action movement with the main goal of exposing the advertising and marketing practices of the tobacco industry.

It is an opportunity to meet new people, make friends and build experience for your college applications and your resume. Reality Check members learn public speaking skills, effective communication, advocacy and problem solving skills and have the opportunity to work along side adult partners.

Most importantly, Reality Check gives youth the opportunity to make a difference in their community and across NYS.

Reality Check members meet monthly in each of the three counties for planning, training and participation in community activities.

Reality Check is funded by the New York State Department of Health, through Bureau of Tobacco Control.

OCO Health Education Youth 4 Youth is a youth led group with a focus on Adolescent Reproductive Health, Youth Leadership and Community Engagement. Youth4Youth meets weekly at the Center for Reproductive Health located at 522 S. Fourth St., Fulton.
