An initiative of the American Red Cross, the I’m OK program is a neighbor-to-neighbor program where Red Cross trained volunteer residents check the apartments of participating residents each morning, seven days a week, to ensure that in the event of something happening to a resident, they will receive attention in a timely manner.

Seated from left are residents, Alice Smith, Jeannine Campagna, Marjorie Zakala, Rita Scott, Ann Jock and Sarah Elkin.

Standing from left are Property Manager for St. Luke Apartments, Melanne Keim; Director of Emergency Services at Catholic Charities of Oswego County, Helen Hoefer; Red Cross Volunteer Coordinator, Jezanna Osier and Red Cross Chapter Services Associate, Susan Pope.
