Richard A. Fuller, 90, who was born July 27, 1920 in Fulton to the late George and Florence Ware Fuller, died Sunday at Oswego Hospital. He married the former Thelma Arlene Rupracht in 1953 and has been happily together for 58 years. Richard retired in 1982 after 33 years with the City of Fulton.
He was predeceased by his parents and a brother, Rodney Fuller. Surviving are his wife Arlene and their children, Robin Fuller of Fulton, Richard (Debbie) Fuller of Phoenix and Rebecca (Mark) Jacobs of Savannah, GA; five grandchildren, Lee Ann and Courtney Fuller of Phoenix and Kaley, Alan and Krista Jacobs of Savannah, GA; brothers, Robert and George Fuller of Fulton; sisters, Hilda Hall and Joan Gannet of Inverness, FL and Barbara Hutchinson of Rodman; nieces and nephews.
Calling hours are 5 to 7 PM Thursday at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton with services to immediately follow at 7 PM.
