OSWEGO, NY – Three Rochester residents are accused of stealing merchandies from the Granby Wal-Mart.
At 2:33 a.m. Monday, Treniqua L. Allison, 18, of 10 Herbert St., Rochester, Eli S. Rosa, 19, of Berlin Street Bldg. 213, Rochester, and Jamol M. Jackson, 18, of 10 Herbert St., Rochester, were arrested for fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and fourth-degree grand larceny, both class E felonies.
The arrests stem from an incident at the Wal-Mart in the town of Granby in which they allegedly stole more than $1,000 worth of merchandise including electronics and clothing and then stopped in their vehicle on State Route 3 in the town of Granby.
Ms. Allison and Mr. Jackson were arraigned in the Town of Granby Court by Hon. Judge Wells and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond with a return to court date of June 18.
Mr. Rosa was also arraigned in the Town of Granby Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $750 cash or $1,500 bond with a return to court date of June 18.
