ATLANTA, GA – Rockne Burns of Pulaski has earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta.
Burns was among approximately 2,700 undergraduate and graduate students who received degrees during Georgia Tech’s 249th commencement exercises on May 1 and 2 at the McCamish Pavilion.
