Rotarians Hear About Fort Ontario

At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, Rotarian Diane Cooper-Currier introduced Paul Lear, Historic Site Manager of Fort Ontario. Paul talked about the history of the Fort from the early 1800's to the fifties and sixties when it became a State Park. Unfortunately, this park, which has contributed so much to history and gave so much pleasure to thousands of visitors, is among the 13 State Parks targeted for closure by the State. The Fulton Sunrise Rotary meets every Friday at 7 AM at Fulton's Riverside Inn.
