The Fulton Home Show, a one-day show was held at the Fulton War Memorial on April 12.  T.J. Burke Lumber and Fulton Savings Bank were the lead sponsors for the show with the Fulton Community Development Agency and the Fulton-Oswego Chamber of Commerce managing the event.

Jan also volunteers to manage Project Bloom which runs throughout the summer months.

Project Bloom covers the planting and maintenance of the five city entrance signs, one center park by Leah’s Signature and 38 planters by various downtown businesses.

This is a joint venture of the city of Fulton and the Greater Fulton-Oswego Chamber of Commerce.

Mayberry Day is set for May 3.

Mayberry Day is a community wide clean-up of all public streets, parks and public areas.

The hours are 8 a.m. – noon.

Many, many volunteers are needed.

Just report to a park near your home on May 8 at 8 a.m. or call the chamber office at 297-4258 for further information.

The Fulton Jazz Fest will be held at Recreation Park on August 8-9.

More details will follow as plans are firmed up.

Jan can not do all of the volunteer work in the Fulton community that needs to be done.

She is always in need of some volunteer help on these important community projects.

If you would like to volunteer, please call her at 593-1930.
