FULTON, NY – Each month the Fulton Noon Rotary Club invites two senior honor students from Fulton High School to share lunch and information with the students.
The Rotarians are always amazed how hard working our high school students are.
Besides attending classes all day, they are active in many club activities, music, sports, drama, and volunteer in their churches and community.
The two students that visited recently were Michael Holcomb and Jordyn Stone.
They were introduced by the club student activities chairperson, Judy Young.
Michael is active in many Advanced Placement courses, French and Science clubs and the National Honor Society.
In sports, Michael excels in track and field activities.
After completing his program at G. Ray Bodley High School, Michael plans on attending college to major in Biology and then attend medical school.
Jordyn is president of the Math Club, a member of the National Honor Society, plays volleyball and participates in track and field.
She also enjoys skiing and snow boarding.
After high school, Jordyn has been accepted to Rochester Institute of Technology in the Mechanical Engineering program.
