FULTON – At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, Rotarian and administrative director of Fulton Block Builders Linda Eagan introduced the Fulton Block Builder webmaster Penny Halsted.
She spoke about this brand new organization dedicated to revitalizing our neighborhoods one block at a time.
Fulton Block Builders is a program that builds neighborhood pride and
helps homeowners and property owners recover part of the cost their property
The core feature of this approach is to build on strengths rather than just fix weaknesses.
Property taxes will not be raised for homeowners participating in the Block Challenge.
