Rotary Leadership Changes At Fulton Noon Club

FULTON, NY – Each July 1, all of the presidents in the thousands of Rotary clubs throughout the world change.

Changing of the guard

2015-2016 Fulton Noon Rotary Club President, Bridget  Seguin, right, handed the gavel she used this past year to Helen Hoefer, incoming president for the 2016-2017 Rotary year.

Jenny Doane, left, is the assistant district governor for the Central New York area.

Doane is a member of the Baldwinsville Rotary Club.

She oversees the activities in the Fulton, Oswego, Baldwinsville and the Cato clubs.

The Fulton Noon Rotary Club meets each week at the Tavern On The Lock Restaurant at noon for lunch.
