PULASKI, NY – The New York State Department of Transportation is alerting motorists in Oswego County that a portion of Route 11 in the village of Pulaski will be closed in late April / early May for planned repairs to a drainage structure.
Beginning at 7 a.m. on April 24, Route 11 will be closed to through traffic between Route 13 (on the south) and Lewis Street (on the north).
The closure will be around-the-clock and is expected to last up to 10 days.
A posted detour for through-traffic using Route 13 and South Jefferson Street will be provided.
Local traffic will also be allowed to bypass around the closure using Glen Avenue and Lewis Street.
Access to all businesses on Route 11 will be maintained during the road closure.
The work will replace a small drainage pipe located north of Glen Avenue and requires that the existing pipe be removed, necessitating a full closure of Route 11.
