OSWEGO, New York – Major Donald Lance, the Salvation Army Divisional Commander in Syracuse, visited Oswego recently to see the progress being made on the Oswego Salvation ArmyÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s building construction.
The facility is undergoing extensive renovations and expanded services, as a result of their $1.6 million Ã¢â‚¬Å“I BelieveÃ¢â‚¬Â capital campaign.

According to Hayes, Phase I of the construction is scheduled to be completed in April 2010.
The Oswego Salvation Army has raised nearly $1 million of their goal for the campaign, primarily through the support of numerous corporate and individual donors within the Oswego community.
