HANNIBAL, NY – Sandra J. DeBalso, 80, of Fulton, passed away Thursday July 7, 2016, at Oswego Hospital.
After 36 years of service, she retired in 1998 from Fulton City Schools as a cook manager.
She was a member of First United Church of Fulton.
Sandra enjoyed shopping, playing cards, baking, especially during the holidays and getting with her friends to play Bunco.
She was predeceased by her two sisters, Shirley Andrews and Barbara Whalen.
She will be greatly missed and forever loved by her two children, Dennis DeBalso of North Carolina and Crystal (Glenn) MacDougall of Fulton; two grandchildren, Sara Cooper-Wardhaugh of Fulton and Andrew (Sarah) Cooper of Pittsburgh; three great-grandchildren, Jeffrey, Joseph and Kaity; one sister, Rosemary (Ross) Bartlett of Fulton; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 18, at 2 p.m. at Fairdale Rural Cemetery, Hannibal.
