The Sandy Creek High School Mock Trial team is busy preparing its cases for the upcoming Oswego County Mock Trial Competition.
The team, under the direction of advisor Jonna St. Croix and attorney advisor Tim McClusky, is gathering evidence and working on the case of Morgan Martin v. Cattaraugus Programming University.
The team, consisting of 9th – 12th graders, has to prepare its cases for both the defense and the prosecution and depending on whom they face and in what round, will need to present that case in the competition.
Teams of “attorneys” conferred with their “witnesses” and others pertinent to the case during a recent meeting of the team.
