CANTON, NY — Sarah R. Argersinger of West Monroe was one of nearly 600 students who received bachelor degrees from St. Lawrence University during Commencement ceremonies held on May 17 in Canton.
Argersinger received the degree of bachelor of arts Magna cum laude. Argersinger is a member of the Class of 2015 and majored in English and Francophone studies.
Argersinger graduated from Paul V. Moore High School.
Four honorary degree recipients spoke during St. Lawrence University’s Commencement, including award-winning songwriter Judy Hart Angelo, hedge fund pioneer John M. Angelo, chair of the Baseball Hall of Fame Jane Clark, and garden historian Peter Hatch.
