OSWEGO TOWN, NY – Oswego County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a serious car-bike accident on Rathburn Road and County Route 20 in Oswego Town.
The accident occurred earlier this morning (Oct. 6) around 11
The victim was to be flown to a Syracuse hospital from a landing zone that was being set up at Oswego Town FD.
At approximately 11:04 a.m., members of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office and the Oswego Town Fire Department responded to a personal injury automobile accident involving a bicycle on County Route 20 in the Town of Oswego.
Reportedly, Jaimye C. Davis was driving her 2005 Ford Focus eastbound on County Route 20 near Rathburn Road where her car came into contact with a male riding a bicycle.
The male was transported by helicopter to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse.
His identity is unknown at this time.
The investigation continues.
