Seventy-seven Masons Attend Grand Lectures’ Convention In Oswego

OSWEGO, NY – On Oct. 22, 77 Masons attended a Convention at Lake City Lodge 127 Masonic Temple in Oswego.

Masons from Lake City No. 127, Mexico No. 136, Hiram No. 144, Callimachus No. 369, Scriba No. 414, Pulaski No. 415, Hannibal No. 550, Sandy Creek No. 564, and Central Square No. 622 represented their lodges in Oswego.

The Masons feasted on a turkey dinner prepared by Lake City Victoria Chapter of the Eastern Star.

After the meal, the Masons attended the conference held in the Lodge Room.

Attendance awards were presented to the lodges with the largest attendance.

Lake City No. 127 won the Potts Award for having the most officers present.

Grand Lecturer Charles E. Toombs reviewed the degree work of those present and made suggestions for improvement.
