On 9/21/09 at 5:00 p.m., Joshua R. Porter, 19, of 8275 SR 3, Sandy Creek, NY was arrested for one count of Grand Larceny, Third Degree, a class D felony, stemming from his alleged involvement in stealing approximately 30 sprinklers from the Elms Golf Course in the Town of Sandy Creek on or about 8/18/09-8/19/09. Mr. Porter was arraigned in the Town of Richland Court and released on a pre-trial release.
Mr. Porter was further charged with one count of Grand Larceny, Fourth Degree, a class E felony, stemming from his alleged participation in stealing a golf cart from a site at BrennanÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s Beach RV Park in the Town of Richland, which took place around 8/3/09. He was arraigned by the Hon. A. Pastuf Town of Richland Court and released, due to appear at a later date.
An additional charge of one count of Grand Larceny, Fourth Degree, a class E felony, was also lodged against Mr. Porter resulting from his alleged participation in the stealing of a second golf cart from another site at BrennanÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s Beach RV Park in the Town of Richland. His arraignment before the Hon. A. Pastuf, Town of Richland Court was in conjunction with the other charges in which he was released on a pre-trial release and will return to the Town of Richland Court at a later date.
On 9/22/09 at 9:05 p.m., Michelle L. Clark, 32, of 24 W. 11th Apt #1, Fulton, NY was arrested for Menacing, 2nd degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Fourth Degree; Obstructing Governmental Administration, Second Degree and Resisting Arrest, a class A misdemeanors stemming from an incident which reportedly occurred at a Town of Granby residence where she allegedly threatened an individual with a knife and while being arrested resisted the officer by putting her hands underneath her. Ms. Clark was arraigned in the Town of Oswego Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2000.00 cash or $4000.00 bond with a return to Town of Granby Court on 9/28/09.
On 9/22/09 at 8:44 a.m., Rissa J. Rogers, 19, of 684 County Route 47, Redfield, NY was operating a 1998 Ford pick up south on CR 47 in the Town of Redfield, when the vehicle drifted off the roadway struck a utility pole then continued through the lawn of 782 CR 47 before striking the front porch of the same address. Ms. Rogers was taken by ambulance to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. Driver inattention seems to have been a contributing factor.
