Sheriff’s Office: 9/24/09


On 9/19/09 at 12:12 p.m., Kim L. Bryant, 52, of 1883 CR 17, Camden, NY was operating a 2002 Hyundai west on SR 104 in the Town of Mexico when she reportedly looked away from in front and rear ended a 2007 Chevy Suburban being operated by Nadine K. Richardson, 37, of 4055 SR 3, Fulton, NY. Ms. Bryant was ticketed for Following Too Closely.

On 9/20/09 at 7:42 a.m., Ryan L. Depuy, 33, of 97 Paddy Lane, Macedon, NY was traveling south on SR 3 in the Town of Palermo when reportedly attempting to turn right onto SR 3 at the intersection with SR 264 lost control striking an earth embankment, mailbox and paper box for Joe’s Corner Market and residence at 3863 SR 3 then a rock pile on the embankment, before coming to rest in a driveway. Mr. Depuy was transported by ambulance to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. Unsafe speed and slippery roads seem to have been contributing factors.

On 9/23/09 at 6:10 p.m., Michael D. Schirm, 31, of 205 Middle Rd. Apt #6, Oswego, NY was arrested for 2 counts of Forcible Touching, 2 counts of Sexual Abuse, Second Degree and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, all class A misdemeanors stemming from the investigation into two separate incidents where he allegedly held one victim down on the floor and touched their breast, the individual being less than fourteen years of age at a Town of Scriba residence on or about August 13, 2009 and the other victim being less than seventeen years of age, he held to his lap and touched their breast, also at a Town of Scriba residence on or about July 2009. Mr. Schirm was issued appearance tickets, returnable to the Town of Scriba Court on 10/1/09.

On 9/23/09, Craig R. Kennedy, 39, of 5690 State Route 104, Oswego, NY was arrested for DWI, Aggravated DWI and Crossing Road Hazard Markings stemming from the investigation into a mischief complaint at a Town of Scriba residence in which he allegedly had drove through the front yard. Mr. Kennedy was released on UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Scriba Court on 10-8-09.
