Sheriff’s Office: 9/29/09

On 9/14/09 at 6:00 a.m., Leon H. Dingman, 18, of 6554 Diamond Rd., Lorraine, NY was arrested for Trespass, a violation after refusing to leave a Town of Sandy Creek residence when unknown to the residence owners. Mr. Dingman was issued an appearance ticket, returnable to the Town of Sandy Creek Court on 10/1/09.

On 9/25/09 at 3:25 p.m., John D. Northrup, 32, of 1575 CR 6, Fulton, NY was charged with Speed in Zone; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation , Third Degree ( suspended for failure to answer summons ( five on three dates, three dated 9/20/09 from the Town of Granby, two dated 10/30/08 from the Town of Scriba, one dated 2/24/08 Town of Granby); No Inspection Certificate; Unregistered Motor Vehicle; and Operation Without Insurance following a traffic stop on SR 481 in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Northrup was arraigned before the Town of Volney Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $200.00 cash bail or bond. He is scheduled to answer the charge before the Town of Scriba Court on 10/8/09.

On 9/27/09 at 9:29 p.m., Ashley Healey, 23, of French Street, Bldg# 855, Mexico, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a MV, Third Degree and Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident following the investigation into an incident in which she allegedly hit a parked vehicle that was at the end of a driveway on US Rt. 11 in the Town of Hastings and left. Ms. Healey was issued UTT’s, returnable to the Town of Hastings Court on 10/7/09.

On 9/28/09, Johnathon W. Richards, 26, of 395 Stock Rd., Fulton, NY was arrested based on a bench warrant issued by the Town of Hannibal Court. Mr. Richards was arraigned before the Hon. Judge Winkworth, Town of Granby Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bond with a return to T/O Hannibal Court on 9/29/09.

On 9/28/09 at 1:23 p.m., Mitchell D. Smith, 24, of Cotton Court, Bldg# 1302, Liverpool, NY was arrested in the Town of Liverpool for Criminal Contempt, First Degree, a class E felony; Reckless Driving; Failure to Obey Police Officer; Unsafe Passing on Left and Failure to Stop at Stop Sign following the investigation into a harassment complaint at a Town of Hastings residence in which he allegedly was refusing to leave the residence and when patrol approached the vehicle being driven by Mr. Smith, Mr. Smith sped away heading toward Onondaga County where he left the vehicle in a backyard on Orangeport Rd. in Brewerton and jumped a fence. Mr. Smith was arraigned in the Town of Hastings and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5000.00 cash or $10000.00 bond with a return to Hastings Town Court on 10/5/09.
