Sheriff’s Office Coordinates Toys For Tots Donations

To The Editor:
On behalf of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office and Oswego County Deputies Association, we would like to graciously thank all the members of the Public Safety Center including the Probation Office, Corrections Department, District Attorney’s Office, Court Security, Civil Office, Buildings and Grounds, County and Family Courts, Sheriff’s Office and all the staff involved in the same, for making this year’s Toys for Tots campaign a great success.

On Dec. 13, two of the Sheriff’s Office and Deputies Association’s members, Deputy Robert Wells and Deputy Kristy Crast, presented two completely full boxes of toy donations to the Toys for Tots Christmas Party at the American Foundry in Oswego.

Without the support and generosity of our community members as well as staff and employees of the Public Safety Center, we would not have been able to raise such a generous amount of toys nor been able to provide such an overwhelming amount of goodness for the boys and girls of Oswego County, who will now have the excitement of opening a gift on Christmas Day.

It is truly an honor and a privilege to work with such an outstanding community oriented program at the hand of our Oswego County Coordinator, Chris Jones, who has been a great resource and help for our donation efforts the past two years.

Thank you all again for taking the time out of your busy holiday season and spending a little out of your own pockets to donate to such a good cause and for bringing a smile to a child in Oswego County.

We look forward to a successful year again in 2018!

Respectfully,
Deputy Kristy Crast
Oswego County Sheriff’s Office
