Shirley M. Iannettone, 82, of Fulton, died Tuesday at Oswego Hospital. A native of Auburn, she had resided in the Hannibal and Fulton areas most of her life. Shirley retired as a supervisor at Nestle Company in Fulton after 23 years. She was a communicant of Our Lady of the Rosary Church in Hannibal where she was a lector and Eucharistic Minister and most recently attended Holy Trinity Church in Fulton. Shirley was a volunteer at A.L. Lee Memorial Hospital and the Red Cross Blood Bank. She was also a member of the Cato Senior Citizens.
Shirley was predeceased by he husband, Lodovico Ã¢â‚¬Å“EgoÃ¢â‚¬Â Iannettone and a daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Roland Nivison. Surviving are her children, MaryLynn (William) West of Brewerton, Joan (Joseph) Konen of Davidson, NC and Alan Cole of St. Petersburg, FL; six grandchildren, Steven Nivison, Susan Nivison, Lauren Konen-Moore, Michael Konen, Christina West and Justin Cole.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 a.m. Friday, October 2nd at Holy Trinity Catholic Church (formerly The Church of the Immaculate Conception), corner of South Third and Rochester Streets, Fulton with burial at Hannibal Village Cemetery, Hannibal. Calling hours are 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, October 1st at Foster Funeral Home, 910 Fay Street, Fulton.
