FULTON – Enjoy an evening of fun-filled, toe-tapping music on June 24 with the Sounds of Brass. This free concert starts at 6:30 p.m. at the Downtown Gazebo along the river on South First Street.
From Glenn Miller to Herb Albert to Frank Sinatra and more, you will be treated to music from TV and the movies to Dixieland and Swing. And in true Sounds of Brass fashion, there will be some delightful surprises.
It is guaranteed to be an evening of musical fun.
Sounds of Brass is made up of Central New York musicians who take pleasure in playing and sharing their joy of music.
They volunteer their time and talents and perform frequently in the Central New York area for senior citizens, special church functions, fundraisers and benefits.
Members of Sounds of Brass are: Dave Brown and Natalie Sturr on trumpet, Ray Bratt on French horn, Colleen Dailey on trombone, Frank Bickel, Adam Dristle and Paul Sherman on tuba and Jim Myers on drums.
