NEW PALTZ, N.Y. – The Oswego State women’s tennis team opened the season against the defending SUNYAC Champion New Paltz Hawks on Saturday, and came up short in a 9-0 decision. The Lakers’ best result came at No. 2 and No. 4 singles as Hannah Rawlings[1] andWini Decker[2] won two service games in their respective matches. It was the first match of the year for both squads.
