OSWEGO, N.Y. – Oswego State wrestler Blake Fisher (Seaford, N.Y.) has been named a National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA) Division III Scholar All-American for the 2012-13 season.

The senior technology education major, who competed at 157 and 165 pounds, won an individual championship at 165 pounds at the Empire Collegiate Wrestling Championships and placed second at the NCAA Northeast Regionals en route to compiling a 21-11 overall record and qualifying for the NCAA Division III Wrestling Championships.
In order to be eligible for the award, a wrestler must have carried a 3.2 grade point average for a full academic year or a 3.2 cumulative grade point average for two consecutive semesters and placed in the top six at NCAA Regionals or posted a .670 winning percentage during the season.
