Oswego State’s Burridge Named SUNYAC Player of the Week

FREDONIA, N.Y. – Oswego State senior forward Chad Burridge has been named the SUNYAC Men’s Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending December 11, 2011.
Burridge played a pivotal role in helping Oswego State finish the week 3-0 in SUNYAC play with wins over Brockport, Fredonia, and previously undefeated No. 14 Buffalo State. Burridge started the week by recording a career-high 40 points and 16 rebounds to go along with seven blocks against Brockport. The 40 points tied the fifth-best single game performance in Laker history. He followed up with back-to-back 19-point performances to help Oswego State become the only unbeaten team in the conference standings at 5-0.
