Oswego County Quarter Midget Club Results 8-1-10

The Oswego County Quarter Midget Club held a regular season event at their home track in Volney on Sunday. The organization is on the backside of its schedule as its Classic event is fast approaching.

Bailey Groves pocketed wins in the Heavy Honda and Heavy 160 classes on Sunday. Eymarah Bowman finished atop the field in Jr. Novice racing, while Payton Gorman owned the checkered flag in Sr. Novice. The Jr. Honda race was won by Addison Bowman while Zach Sobotka swept both the Sr. Honda and Light 160 features.

The club next meets at the track – located at the corner of Howard and Silk Roads – this coming Sunday. Controlled pre-race practice begins at 10am. Admission and parking are free. For more information, visit their website at OCQMC.com[2].
