Boys Varsity Soccer:
Oswego 2, Henninger 1
Kris Darling and Antonio Darling broke the scoreless halftime tie for the Bucs. John Aylward made 6 saves for the 6-8 Oswego boys.
Girls Varsity Soccer
Oswego 6, Henninger 0
Amanda D’Amico and Nicole Paulhardt each scored twice to lead Oswego to this rout. Leah Folgerhait had to make 10 saves to keep the clean sheet. The Lady Bucs are 5-7-2.
Fulton 5, J-D 4
A tight one, with Fulton holding a 2-1 lead at the half. Michelle Bateman scored two goals to lead the Lady Raiders. J-D poured shots on Brianna Streeter, but her 17 saves saved the day.
Girls Varsity Volleyball
Oswego 3, Fowler 1
The Lady Bucs pounded winless Fowler, winning one game 25-1. Cari Reed’s 16 aces indicates that Fowler had a hard time simply returning serves. Krisi Stemple had 19 assists for 11-4 Oswego.
Boys Varsity Cross Country
Marcellus 2, Hannibal 1, Skaneatles 0
Josh Sheldon and Curtis Baker finished fifth and sixth in this tri meet, and that led the Warriors to a win over Skaneatles, 25-32. Marcellus placed the first three runners and beat both teams, winning 19-42 and 18-43.
Girls Varsity Cross Country
Marcellus 2, Skaneateles 1, Hannibal 0
Kristy Bramer finished 10th to lead the Lady Warriors.
Girls Varsity Gymnastics
J-D/F-M 140.1, Oswego 119.15
The combined J-D/F-M team won all events, but Oswego gymnasts were close behind. Audrey Jackson finished third in the all-around competition, just 7-tenths of a point behind the winner.
