The Buc Junior/Senior High School is currently ending its second school year. The alternative school, which is part of the Oswego City School District, was established to improve student graduation rates.

The Buc is currently in danger of being closed to fill a budgetary gap. The Buc Parent League is in a race to provide a sustainable plan and funding sources to save the nationally recognized Big Picture School.
