OSWEGO, NY – The H Lee White Marine Museum, located in Oswego’s “Historic Maritime District,†is pleased to announce “Stargazers’ Night†at 8 p.m. on Oct. 15.
The museum and Treasure Chest Gift Shop will be open at 7:30 p.m. prior to the program.
Join us for a night of stargazing, featuring Dr. Scott Roby, associate professor of astronomy at SUNY Oswego.

Professional equipment will be available for closer viewing of the cosmos – observe the stars, planets and moon through these high-powered lenses.
“We are so pleased to continue this program which would not be possible without the SUNY Oswego’s Earth Science Department. We have partnered on this program for nine years,†said Mercedes Niess, executive director.
As program size is limited, pre-reservation is required.
Participants must be age 12 and over.
Large groups cannot be accommodated.
A nominal $8 fee ($5 for museum members and students with valid ID) will include refreshments and admission to the museum.
