(Alexandria Bay, NY – October 15, 2013) – Scott Fancher has been located in good health and is back with relatives.
Alexandria Bay, NY – The New York State Police are attempting to locate Scott M. Fancher Jr., 15, from the village of Alexandria Bay, New York.
Fancher was last seen on Thursday, October 10, at approximately 7 a.m., leaving his residence and has not been heard from or seen since.
Troopers believe Fancher may be in the city of Watertown area.
