The two Frankfort, Herkimer County, children who were the subject of an AMBER alert issued Thursday have been found safe.
Alicia Seelbach turned herself in this morning (April 29) to the Utica Police Department.
She is now in the custody of Herkimer County Sheriff’s and will be arraigned in Family Court.
State Police report the two children have been found safe.
The search continues for the two suspects, however.
The SUSPECT, Alicia Seelbach is a White female, approximately 27 years old with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 115 pounds.
The SUSPECT, Jordan Lints is a Black male, approximately 25 years old with black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 6 feet tall and weighs about 203 pounds.

The New York State Police and Chief Ronald J. Petrie of the village of Frankfort Police Department (Herkimer County) is asking for the public’s assistance with locating a mother and her two children.
On Friday, April 22, the Herkimer County Department of Social Services filed a petition to have custodial rights suspended.
Prior to Social Services being able to secure the two children from the mother, Alicia L. Seelbach, 27, she left a residence in the village of Frankfort with them.
Since this time they have not been seen.
The missing children are Mariah M. Seelbach, 2 and Jordan Lints II, 1.
The police would like to be able to verify the safety and welfare of the children as well as their mother Alicia Seelbach.
Alicia may be in the company of Jordan Lints, 25.
There are familial ties to Herkimer County and the city of Utica, and police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating them.
