The state has suspended the license of an Oswego physician.
Dr. David Granoff, an ear, nose and throat specialist, has agreed to an indefinite suspension, according to papers filed by the state.
The suspension will end when the state is satisfied that he has completed a training program. He will serve a period of probation after his reinstatement and have a professional monitor his work.
Granoff has not worked since January, 2008, when the state brought several charges of professional misconduct against him, involving four patients.
He was accused of not documenting his work, performing a procedure on a patient without proving that the procedure was needed, and misdiagnosed one patient.
