Step By Step Wellness Program to offer Life Skills Workshops

Fulton, NY – For those with a mental diagnosis developing and enhancing life skills can be a challenge. The Step By Step Program at Catholic Charities is making that challenge a little easier with a series of four Life Skills Development workshops.

Each workshop will focus on a specific life skill that is essential to living independently.

Scheduled to begin October 1, the workshop will continue for four consecutive weeks. Each workshop will be held Tuesday, from 5:00 to 5:45 p.m. at the Step By Step Wellness Program offices inside Catholic Charities at 365 W. First St.

According to Step By Step Wellness program Coordinator, Pam Peeling, community members with a mental health diagnosis are invited to attend any or all of the workshops.
