HANNIBAL, NY – The town and village of Hannibal will be hosting a summer recreation program for the fourth year.
The Hannibal Summer Rec Program consists of two parts.
The first part is a free lunch service for all children under the age of 18 offered from OCO Nutrition Services.
The second part is a recreation program conducted by two AmeriCorps members, Kayleigh Troia and Amanda Sprague.
The program focuses on health, fitness and nutrition through the use of crafts, games and guest presentations.
All children in the Hannibal area are welcome and participation in the recreation program is not required to get a lunch.
We encourage parents to call ahead to order a lunch for the following day.
The program runs from July 7 through August 15.
Lunch service is 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
The recreation program will run from 12:30 – 2:30 p.m.
